One important way you can help is by volunteering your time. TIFF, like any nonprofit organization, relies heavily on volunteers; without its volunteers, TIFF would not exist.

Board of Directors — All activities and affairs of TIFF are conducted and managed by the Board of Directors, including the execution of all corporate powers. Click here to go to the Board of Directors page.
Advisory Commission — This Advisory Commission provides legal counsel, general business development and accounting advice directly to the TIFF Board of Directors. Click here to go to the Advisory Commission page.
There are currently two vacancies on the Advisory Commission:

- Accounting Advisor
Awards Review Committee — The Awards Committee establishes award criteria, reviews award applications, and makes funding recommendations to the TIFF Board of Directors. With the approval of the TIFF Board of Directors, the committee establishes the following:
- Award criteria
- Application guidelines
- Annual grant application timelines
- Application review procedures
- Grant administration guidelines
- Reviews of final grant reports
Marketing Committee — The Marketing Committee’s primary role is to assist TIFF in developing a strategic business and marketing plan, and its implementation. It will include development of a web presence, marketing and media materials, and a donor solicitation campaign.
Fundraising Committee – As the name implies, the Fundraising Committee’s purpose is to raise money for the Foundation so that it can continue to provide research grants and other educational programs for the cat fancy. It works hand-in-hand with the Marketing Committee and the Board of Directors when seeking funds for general and directed fund projects.
